C-Pro System in Operation:

Check-in - Upon check-in of the customer, the operator (store keeper) should get one E-tag and validate it through the Master Unit. He then passes the E-tag to the customer.

In use - The customer can choose one of the computers for rent and insert the E-tag into the socket of the Station Unit attached to the computer. The Station unit will turn on the computer monitor and the timer will start.

Checkout - The customer should remove the E-tag from the Station Unit. This will automatically turn off the computer monitor. The customer then submits the E-tag to the operator. The operator inserts the E-tag to the Master Unit and chooses the "Check-out" from the menu, the Master Unit will calculate the time used and amount payable (with 2 different rates selectable by the operator). After the operator confirms it, the entire record will be saved to the Master Unit and the E-tag.

Reports - The records in the Master Unit and E-tag can be printed directly from the Master Unit. More detail reports can be printed from the Monitoring computer program (the data can be downloaded to the computer).
