VINYL and URETHANE MODIFIED ALKYD RESIN

Monomer modification of alkyds such as with styrene, is used to produce fast drying and hammer tone finishes with high gloss and superior water and alkali resistance.  Modification with acrylic produces finishes which have excellent gloss, hardness, and durability, as well as superior water, chemical, detergent and solvent resistance.
