RI Chemical Corporation is committed to improving the quality of life of the Filipino. For the past forty years, our chemicals have been used to promote economic development and social well-being. Our alkyd and emulsion resins have been supporting the local paint industry since 1958. That industry has since grown 150 million liters strong, and its products are applied on millions of Filipino homes. Our unsaturated polyester resins are used for the manufacture of fiberglass boats that are used for the local fishing and inter-island industries in our nation of over 7,000 islands. A similar material is used in handicrafts, buttons, and other non-traditional exports of the country. Our phthalate plasticizers are used to manufacture school bags and footwear for the young who constitute a growing majority of the 72 million strong and highly-educated work-force in the country. These same products also support our vibrant electronics and automobile industries. Our formaldehyde adhesives go into three of every four wooden panels produced in the country each year, supporting a vibrant contruction industry. These are just a few of the things we do.
