The INCA SLOW SAND FILTER (SSF/x)

The
SSF/x slow sand filter produces high quality, biologically safe drinking water from
various sources including shallow and deep wells, streams, springs, lakes and ponds.
The SSF/x combines reliable and time-honored principles with modern innovation to
remove up to 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, Giardia, eColi, Criptosporidium, cysts, and
parasites through perdition or biological and physical processes. The SSF/x also
removes turbidity (cloudiness) and reduces iron, manganese, and other common
contaminates. Requiring no electricity or chemicals, the SSF/x can be installed and
completely maintained by minimally trained personnel. The filter tank is made from
food grade virgin polyethylene material approved by the U.S. F.D.A. Slow sand
filters are recognized as superior technology by the U.S. E.P.A. (United States
Environmental Protection Agency), and the World Health Organization (W.H.O.). The
SSF/x is capable of producing 1,800 gallons per 24hr-day of clean, safe and potable water.

THE INCA ANAEROBIC SEPTIC TANK
ANOTHER SOLUTION TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT !!
The
INCA septic tank system is based on the settling and anaerobic filtration of household
sewage. A septic chamber is combined with a filter chamber in one central treatment
septic tank system. 
In this system, no
mechanical parts are used to guarantee the function of the waste treatment tank. No
electric power is necessary to operate the septic tank. No service works or
permanent maintenance works are required during operation. The INCA septic tank is
made from virgin Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) resin. It is a one-piece
rotationally molded plastic part. The design of the septic tank provides maximum
strength and ease of handling. Wall strength is further reinforced by a step-formed
profile. The INCA septic tank is designed to be completely buried underground.
Based on actual performance, it assures household sanitation and hygiene and is best up to
6 persons per septic tank. It saves space, easy to install and does not require
sedimentation treatment. Total tank height is 2000 mm, diameter 1300 mm; inflow
depth 200 mm; outflow depth 250 mm; total tank volume is 1700 liters; tank weight is 100
kgs.; maximum flow rate of effluent is 1000 liters per day; total retention time is at
least 24 hours.
INCA WASTE SEGREGATION AND COMPOSTING BINS
INCA has
strongly embarked on promoting the Government's thrust on solidwaste Management
particularly Republic Act 9003 or the "Ecological Solid Waste Management ACT of
2000". As a strong advocate of waste segregation at source as well as recyling,
INCA has re-engineered some existing designs of waste receptacles to conform to the
requirements of the solid waste segregation program as well as the drive to reduce solid
waste via composting at the household level. Together with Local Government Units
(LGUs), INCA has developed its own design of plastic compost bins in cooperation with
various barangay centers and households.
The
composting process may also be supplemented with organic bacteria and enzymes to
accelerate the natural process of composting. These compost activators and
