Four (4) major components comprised the IAD package,
namely: social development, economic, development,
infrastructure support, and project management. With
these components, the project hope to address
interrelated concerns associated with resource
management, increased and sustain productivity with
basic infrastructure support, generation of productive
employment, and access to social services.
The social component aims to improve access of
local residents to essential service through the
provision of rural health facilities manned by trained
barangay health workers, establishment of day care
centers, provision of sanitation facilities, and
construction of additional classrooms.
The infrastructure components supports the
production sectors through the construction of farm-to-
market roads totalling 105 kilometers; improvement to
another 100 kilometers; construction of 354 lineal
meters of bridges and rehabilitation of another 155
L.M.. Access to safe systems and rehabilitation of old
ones.
The economic component involves the Office
located in Kitcharao/Alegria, the project will cover
eight (8) municipalities of Agusan del Norte
(Kitcharao, Jabonga, Tubay and Santiago) and Surigao
del Norte (Alegria, Mainit, Sison and Tubod).
