The Board shall register only those applicants which meet the following requirements:

For Construction Companies

1. The applicant must possess an appropriate Philippine    Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license with a Category "A" or higher.
   
   
2. One of the key technical staff must have been employed with the company for not less than one (1) year at the time of the filing of the application.
   
   
3. It must have atleast five (5) years of continuous actual operation as a licensed construction contractor counted from the date of the firm's earliest contract.
   
   
4. It must have successfully completed during the immediate past five (5) years one (1) general engineering/building project costing not less than Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000) for General Contractor and at least one (1) project falling within its field(s) of specialization costing not less than Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000) for Specialty Contractor.
   
   
5. A construction company applying for registration as a service contractor must have substantial experience overseas as a labor sub-contractor or manpower service contractor and have remitted substantial amount of foreign exchange remittances.

For Secialized Consultancy Groups

1. Minimum paid-in capital and networth of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand (P250,000) Pesos.
   
   
2. Three (3) permanently employed with an aggregate experience of twenty five (25) man-years. One of the Staff must have been actively engaged in the practice of his profession for at least ten (10) years.
   
   
3. Five (5) years of continuous actual operation as a specialized consultant counted from the date of the firm's earliest contract.
   
   
4. It successfully completed during the immediate past five (5) years at least one (1) consultancy project costing not less than One Million Pesos (P1,000,000).
