ROEPDC is staffed with friendly and professional Booking Officers who assist artists and promoters in ensuring that the requirements of the club owners/ ROEPDC secures travel documents of requisitioned Performing Artists like Artist Record Book (ARB), Certificates of Competency (COC), Overseas Employment Certificates (OEC), Visa and other travel papers. ROEPDC, in its sincere desire to serve its artists and keep them informed, conducts a Contract Reading session with all its artists prior to their training, fully disclosing to them the terms and conditions embodied in the Performing Artist Manager Management Agreement. Medical and Psychological Examination ROEPDC endorses its trainees to reliable and accredited hospitals for physical, mental and psychological fitness, as pre-requisite to their engagement overseas. ROEPDC retains the services of professional trainers, both for academic and skills training, which provides training and prepares the artists to cope and adjust with their new environment abroad. ROEPDC extends its services in assisting and welcoming foreign Principals at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). It also ensures that the artists are deployed on schedule as required by the foreign employers. |
