R.O.E. Promotion and Development Center, Inc. (ROEPDC) was established in 1990. It was conceived and developed with the goal of developing and enhancing the artistic potentials of the many young Filipino men and women desiring to pursue a career as an Overseas Performing Artist (OPA). ROEPDC takes care of the artists' Skills Training, as well as their personal and professional development. In its vision for a better quality of life for its artists, ROEPDC not only prepares them for the rigors and trials of being employed in a foreign land, but also enlightens them on how to derive profit and true happiness from their chosen career.

With barely 5 trainee-starters in 1990, ROEPDC has now trained, developed and deployed hundreds of OPAs to Japan and other performance venues worldwide. Year after year, the pool of qualified young talents undergoing training with ROEPDC is increasing. Because of this, ROEPDC has begun to expand its training services to reach the countryside with the establishment of a Training Center Branch in Koronadal, South Cotabato last September 1999.

ROEPDC is committed to promote the development of its artists through continuous training and upskilling.  
It also seeks to protect their interest and welfare, while at the same time satisfy the standards and requirements of its client-employers.
