It has its maain office in Virgina, USA and a brance office operating in Danbury, Connecticut. ROE&A not only provides gainful employment to our Filipino professionals, but also to Americans who are in need of temporary, but high-paying jobs, particularly in various hospials and other healthcare facilities.

Previously known as John Raymond and Associates, ROE&A was established in August 1999 to coordinate with foreign principals and employers, immigration lawyers, and assist newly deployed nurses to America.
