POEA Registration

The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is the authorized government body in charge of all matters concerning overseas employment of Filipinos. As such it is mandated to track the activities of recruitment agencies and their foreign counterparts insofar as the recruitment, deployment and foreign employment of Filipino workers are concerned. Foreign principals and Employers therefore must first be registered with the POEA in order to legitimize the recruitment activity.

Documentary Requirements

The following are the documents that must be submitted in order to register you as a Foreign Principal with the POEA:

• Special Power of Attorney (SPA) - empowering our agencies as your reprsentative recruitment arm in the Philippines; or, in its place --
  Recruitment Agreement (RA) - specifying the terms and conditions of our business tie-up.
• Model Employment Contract (MEC) - specifying the terms and conditions of your employment offer to the workers.
• Job Order Request (JO) - a letter addressed to the POEA Accreditation Officer indicating the job categories you require, the qualifications you seek, how many workers you are projecting for each category and the salary rate offered for each category; and --
• Photocopy of Commercial Registration of Business License

Authentication and Verification

These documents must be authenticated (notarized) by your local authorities and then verified by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest your office. [View the list of Philippine Missions at the Department of Foreign Affairs website. CLICK HERE.]

After authentication and verification, submit these documents to our agencies via courier. We shall forward these to the POEA for registration. We will immediately notify you when the registration process is complete.
