By filling up this Job Order (JO) Request Form you are signifying your intention to requisition workers from the Philippines for overseas employment in your company.

If you are a registered Foreign Principal / Employer with the POEA through our agencies, this JO will serve as our basis for sourcing your specific manpower needs while we wait for your actual request document.

For companies not yet registered with the POEA, information you supply here will be the basis for additional manpower pooling only and will take effect only upon official registration.
