Our client's manpower needs are advertised in the leading newspapers, tv & radio stations, with the approval from concerned government entities. Provincial recruitment is also done, to bring our services closer to job-seekers in the countryside. All applicants are given thorough briefing on the company's procedures, employment requirements and important reminders to prepare them for a job overseas. This is in recognition of their rights to information. Our company, with its team of highly-trained Managers ad interviewers, does the pre-qualifying and short-listing procedures in the office. Only qualified applicants are endorsed to the Principal for final interview and selection. All pre-qualified applicants are referred by our office to government-accredited clinics for examination of the worker's physical fitness. This procedure is done, prior to recommending the applicants to clients for selection. Apart from interviews, we endorse the applicants to government-accredited Training & Trade Testing centers, to ensure the candidates' technical competence. Document Processing and Deployment We facilitate smooth and timely processing of the workers' travel documents, and deploy them on the schedule set by the Principal. Supplemental Pre-Departure Orientation Aside from the structured orientation conducted by the government for departing workers, our company conducts for free, additional briefing where obligations of the workers are highlighted, as well as the dos' and donts' of working overseas. This is one service of the company, provided to the workers by our Manager, in the absence of the company CEO/Owner. Departing workers are escorted by company representatives going to the aiport. Returning workers after contractual obligation, are also provided the same assistance, when required. |
