FPSI provides professional advise to foreign principals/employers concerning the documentary requirements and procedures in the recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers overseas. Likewise, FPSI assists workers in securing their travel documents including Overseas Employment Certificates and visa.

Training and Trade Testing
FPSI trains and develops performing artists for overseas engagement, while endorses hotel workers, IT and other technical workers, caregivers and household workers to Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) accredited Centers for rigid training and trade testing. Medical workers are likewise endorsed to reputable review and testing centers to obtain further information and certificates as required for their employment overseas.

Supplementary Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar and Airport Assistance
FPSI conducts the supplemental Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar to all its contract workers for overseas employment. FPSI also extends airport assistance to foreign principals/employers, as well as to its departing and arriving overseas workers.
