Findstaff Placement Services, Inc. (FPSI) was founded in 1964 in London as Findstaff Bureau and was tasked with supplying manpower to hotels and hospitals in Great Britain.

In 1972, Findstaff was incorporated in the Philippines under the Securities and Exchange Commission as Findstaff Placement Services, Inc. It was then duly registered with the Bureau of Employment Services (now known as the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration or POEA) as a licensed overseas placement agency. Since then, FPSI has recruited and deployed hundreds of Filipino landbased workers to local and foreign employers in Europe, the Middle East, other Asian countries and the United States of America.

Among the work categories FPSI has facilitated are hotel and hospital staff, IT professionals, engineers, teachers, caregivers, aupairs, entertainers such as showbands, and other skilled personnel.

At present, FPSI has established 6 branch offices in key provinces across the country -- Aparri, Isabela, La Union, Ilo-ilo City, Davao City and Koronadal. This is in line with the companies noble vision to provide equal opportunity to able citizens in the countryside by making its services and facilities available at their locale.
