- Web Service shall refer to web design, development and hosting services.
- Web Service Plan shall refer to Standard and Premium Plans.
- Subscriber shall refer to an individual or institution that availed the web services of Sky Internet, Inc.
- Web Page Content shall refer to information related to the subscriber such as but not limited to company profile, its products and services, frequently asked questions, company logo, and the like.
- Standard Plan shall refer to a pre-designed web page or template based web site development service.
- Premium Plan shall refer to a non-template based web site development service.
- All Standard and Premium Plan shall include free 50 megabytes (MB) web space for hosting services.
- The contract term for Standard Plan, Premium Plan, E-Commerce and Hosting services shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year.
- Within the contract term of the agreement, the subscriber does not have the right to reproduce, modify, alter or make similar copies of the web site without the express written consent of SKY Internet.
- The subscriber shall pay in advance the initial cash outlay requirement for web service. (Please see price plan).
- The Web Design and Development facility under the Standard and Premium Plan shall contain a maximum of five WebPages.
- The feel and look of a five-page Standard Plan shall not be altered/changed with exception to its color scheme and web page content.
- Only Standard, Premium and e-commerce subscribers shall be entitled to a free Shared Dial-up account for five hours. An excess usage fee per minute shall apply for exceeding the allotted free five hours per month usage.
- All web related services such as but not limited to CGI script, site counter, additional web pages, upgrade and revision of existing web page shall have to be paid in advance prior to actual design, development, maintenance and implementation of a feature(s) and/or change(s) in web content.
- The subscriber shall be required to pay fifty percent (50%) of the unpaid portion of the 12-month contract for pre-terminated web service account and migration to a different web service plan.
- Sky Internet shall not be directly responsible and liable for late, non-delivery and damage goods and services purchased on-line by its customers/clients through the e-commerce facility.
- Sky Internet shall reserve the right to change its prices and/or contract price of its web service and/or web related services upon 30 days prior notice to the subscriber.
