Q1. As I go from one website to another, the
fonts are either too small or too big... How do I make adjustments so that the fonts
are the sizes I want?
A1. Netscape and Explorer let you decrease or increase font size by choosing these
options in the VIEW menu. Or, go to the preferences options in the EDIT menu, select
"Appearance", then "Page View", or similar menu options where you can control font size
and other elements of page appearance.
Q2. How do I make everything fit inside my browser's window?
A2. You can change the size of your browser's viewing window by pulling at the
bottom right corner of the window or choosing the "maximize" option. If certain areas
still can't be seen, it's possible that the webpage is using the "frame" layout and your
browser isn't equipped to support it or is set for really large monitors.
Q3. I don't have a problem getting online and opening my browser but I can't seem to
access any url or website. Am I missing something?
A3. If you are sure that you are online but still can't seem to access any websites,
it may be because you have configured the proxy settings of your browser incorrectly or
may have inadvertently switched-off that option.

Q4. The SKY Internet webpage doesn't look right; images on the top and on the left
look like they have missing parts. Tell me why because I want to see my SKY.
A4. You may have to adjust your monitor and browser settings. Recommended monitor
screen resolutions for viewing this website are: 640 x 480 pixels (minimum) or
800 x 600 pixels (recommended).
