MICROSOFT OUTLOOK EXPRESS

Initial Set-up

1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express.
2. On the Menu click Go then select Inbox.
3. On the Internet Mail setup select which e-mail program settings to be used then click Next.
4. On the Internet Connection Wizard type your name then the e-mail address then click Next.
5. On the Incoming mail server select POP3 then type pop.skyinet.net or local POP3 server on the incoming mail server and mail.skyinet.net (or the local smtp server) on the outgoing mail server click Next.
6. On the Internet Mail logon select Logon using then type your login name and password then click Next.
7. Type your login name on the Internet Mail account name field.
8. On the Choose Connection Type select Connect using my phone line then click Next.
9. On the Dial-up connection select use an existing dial-up connection and select SKY Internet then click Next.
10. On Choose Modem select the modem you'll be using then click Next.
11. Click Finish to complete the setup.

Configuration

1. On the Outlook Express window select Inbox.
2. Click Tools on the Menu then select Accounts.
3. On the Internet Accounts go to Mail Tab and select your account name then click Properties.
4. On the General Tab type your login name on the Mail Account field and fill-up your name, organization and e-mail address.
5. Put a check on Include this account when doing a full Send and Receive.
6. Click Servers Tab and check if the following information is correct:

   Incoming mail server :     pop.skyinet.net
   Outgoing mail server :     mail.skyinet.net

   The Incoming Mail server is a POP3 server
   Account Name :     your_e-mail_account_name
   Password :     your_e-mail_account_password

7. On the Connection select Connect using my phone line and select SKY Internet as your Dial-up Networking connection then click OK.
