Required equipments for every Dedicated Access order

Router

You must set up and configure your router. Refer to Router Configuration Information You can use any router of your choice.

Internet Server

You must set up and configure an Internet server at your site. This server must be able to run the following basic Internet services:

• Domain Name System (DNS)
• Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)
• File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
• World Wide Web (WWW)

Dedicated line

You must obtain your 64 or 128 kbps dedicated line from any telephone carrier of your choice.

For a dedicated dial-up connection, you must provide a telephone line and modem at your site.
