How to Request a News Feed From SKY Internet

You cannot read news directly off of the SKY Internet news server. You must set up a news server on your network to receive a newsfeed from the SKY Internet news servers.

Do not request a newsfeed until after you have installed your news server, and have configured it to receive news from SKY Internet.

No news feeds will be set up for customers whose news servers are not registered in the Domain Name System (DNS). Requests whose host name do not resolve will not have their feed started. SKY Internet only provides one newsfeed per customer, and newsfeeds will only be configured during normal business hours.

SKY Internet is not in the position to feed Clarinet groups. For more information on Clarinet newsgroups you can send mail to sales@clari.net.
