Dedicated Access Instructions

After ordering dedicated access from SKY Internet, you will be assigned an engineer who will serve as your single point-of-contact throughout your installation period. This engineer will be able to assist you as you go through the different steps needed for your dedicated access.

To ensure a systematic and well orchestrated implementaton of your connection, you are requested to follow these important steps:

Step 1. Verify that you meet the minimum hardware requirements
Step 2. Request for an IP Network
Step 3. Register a New Domain Name
Step 4. Request an activation date
Step 5. Optional steps
