How to Request In-addr.arpa Delegation from SKY Internet


Some inverse zones are delegated by SKY Internet directly. Inverse zones for networks from the following network blocks can be directly delegated by SKY Internet:

207.2.4.0
207.2.5.0
207.2.6.0
207.2.7.0

The InterNIC need not be contacted in order to register these zones. Instead, complete the in-addr.arpa form below.

This is for nameserver delegation only. If SKY Internet is to also provide secondary DNS for these zones, the secondary DNS form described in How to Request Secondary DNS from SKY Internet must be submitted first.

For inverse zones that are not in the list above, the template available from ftp://rs.internic.net/templates/in-addr-template.txt must be completed and forwarded to hostmaster@internic.net.

Upon receipt of this form, the hostmaster will delegate the zone to the specified nameservers and send a confirmation message via email to the party submitting the request.
