Payments
- You may course your payments through any branch of the Bank
of the Philippine Islands (BPI).
- We also accept payments using the following credit cards:
Amexco, Bankard, BPI Express Credit, Diners Club, MasterCard,
Unicard, Visa.
- You may now also make your payments at any of the RCPI
Centers or Bayan Centers.
Call your local Customer Service/Helpdesk for more information
regarding the payment facilities in your area.

We have provided the forms below for more efficient
processing of your billing requests:
Request for Upgrade or Downgrade
The effectivity date of the account upgrade/downgrade will be
based on the cut-off date or initial log-in date. Requests for
upgrading/downgrading will only be granted 5 days before a customer's
cut-off date; otherwise, the customer must wait for the next cut-off
period for the upgrade/downgrade to be effective.
To confirm the request for an account upgrade/downgrade, you
will receive e-mail from our Billing Department stating the effectivity
date of your new package.
