I understand and agree to the statements below:

1. My WebCard will allow me to access SKYinternet's Prepaid Internet Service depending on my purchased denomination and its corresponding free hours. My WebCard will begin to debit upon my first log-on and will expire one year after my first log-on.

2. I understand that the following denominations correspond to the following Internet hours:
   

   Php 100 Php 300 Php 500

   2 hours 8 hours 14 hours

3. I am responsible for determining whether a SKYinternet Prepaid Card access number is within my local calling area and for any long distance charges that I may incur in connecting to SKYinternet.

4. I will not use SKYinternet's Prepaid Internet Service for any illegal activity and/or any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. I agree not to:
   1. Create an abnormally large volume of traffic that may compromise SKYinternet's network performance.
   2. Introduce viruses, worms, harmful code, trojan horses, and/or other harmful or deletrious programs into any network.
   3. Post material on the Internet that may be legally actionable.
   4. Spam, flame, hack and obtain unauthorized access into any network.
   5. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
   6. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
   7. Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message.
   8. Interfere with another member's use and enjoymeny of the Service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.
   9. I shall not hold SKYinternet for service outages due to circumstances beyond its control.
   10. I understand that the Internet is comprised of numerous networks and thus I cannot hold SKYinternet liable for any lost or corrupted data that I send across its service.

5. I agree to indemnify and hold SKYinternet harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including attorney's fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of my use of or conduct on the service.

6. Should any question or dispute or difference arise, every such question, dispute or difference shall be settled in the proper courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila only.

7. This agreement may change anytime without prior notice. I agree to the terms and conditions each time that I use SKYinternet's Prepaid Internet Service.
