Registration Fee

A registration fee of US$100.00 will be charged each participant.  This will cover the cost of the conference kits.  The registration fee does not include expenses for the planned side activity scheduled before or after the conference.  

Food and Accommodation

Two kinds of accommodation for the conference will be available:  single and double occupancy.  The cost for food and accommodation  includes lunch and dinner on the 5th of December (date of arrival), meals and snacks for the conference proper, and breakfast on the 9th of December (date of departure).
